Sahaj Samadhi Meditation

Sahaj means natural or effortless. Samadhi is a deep, blissful, meditative state.
Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is a natural, effortless system of meditation.
Like the sun covered with clouds, our innermost nature can only be covered temporarily.

Open to all, the course is spread over three daily sessions of Two hours each.

The participants will learn an effortless system of meditation that allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into the self, thus giving it much needed deep rest. When the mind settles down, it lets go of all tension and stress, making one healthy, and focused. Regular daily practice of the technique can totally transform the quality of one's life, by culturing the system to maintain the peace, energy, and expanded awareness of meditation throughout the day.
